Quick Breads - Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Zucchini, or Banana
Zucchini bread is my Lucy's most favorite breakfast bread and I have to say it's definitely mine too. A classic with no frills and just tastes SO GOOD. It's slightly spiced and so moist. This is honestly pretty much heaven with a cup of coffee in the morning, noon, and night. Another classic is banana bread (NO NUTS)... this recipe is hand-written and framed in my kitchen because both the person that wrote it and the recipe are that good. Breakfast breads never last long on my counter at home and I think you’ll find the same thing. There is just something so comforting and nurturing about these classic recipes.
